The Management Board of Next Mobile Prosta Spółka Akcyjna (formerly Globitell Next Mobile P.S.A.) with its registered office in Łódź, at Łąkowa Street 3/5 apt. 7, 90-562 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001084040, NIP 7272820933, REGON 368809400, announces through public disclosure, in accordance with article 500 § 2(1) of the Commercial Companies Code, that on the 22nd of April 2024, a Merger Plan of companies as per the attachment was agreed upon, adopted, and signed. The Merger Plan is available for public viewing free of charge on the websites of the merging companies at the domain https://nextmobile.pl/.

Considering the above, the Company’s Management Board hereby makes publicly available, free of charge to the public through this website, the adopted Merger Plan of the aforementioned companies, along with its attachments, indicating at the same time, that it will be continuously available on the above-mentioned websites, until the date of completion Shareholders’ Meeting adopting a resolution on the merger.
